• Assist in coordinating recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding of new employees including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Maintain and update employee files and Human Resource databases.
• Ensure proper documentation of employee information including contracts, CVs, leave records, and disciplinary records.
• Support the implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures.
• Assist in coordinating staff performance appraisal process.
• Track employee performance documentation and follow up with line managers where necessary.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to Human Resource policies and procedures.
• Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Support initiatives that promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data such as attendance, leave records, and salary adjustments.
• Assist in administration of employee benefits such as pension, HMO, and insurance.
• Ensure Human Resource practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in implementation of Human Resource initiatives including staff welfare programs, training, and development activities.
• Prepare periodic Human Resource reports such as headcount, turnover, recruitment status, and employee records.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7years experience in HR operations.
• Professional certification such as CIPM or SHRM is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and Human Resource best practices.
