Position Overview
• Lead and manage all human resource functions across multiple school campuses within the education network.
• Ensure HR strategies align with institutional academic goals, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Act as a strategic partner to campus principals, academic heads, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with institutional growth plans and educational objectives.
• Standardize HR policies, procedures, and systems across all campuses.
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent forecasting.
• Advise senior leadership on organizational design and staffing structures.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for academic, administrative, and support staff.
• Develop campus-specific hiring plans based on enrollment projections and budget.
• Ensure compliance with background checks, credential verification, and safeguarding policies.
• Build talent pipelines for teachers, administrators, and leadership roles.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
