Job Description
• Recruitment & Staffing: Managing the full hiring process, from talent sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Acting as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and maintaining employee records.
• Performance & Development: Supporting performance review processes and implementing training initiatives.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, health insurance, retirement, and other employee benefits.
• Policy Development: Creating and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Financial Recording: Process invoices, maintain general ledgers, track bank deposits, and manage accounts receivable/payable.
• Reporting & Analysis: Reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets.
• Budgeting & Compliance: Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
• Payroll & Tax: Administer employee payroll, manage expenses, and handle tax returns
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
