Role Description
• This is a full-time on-site role for a Deposit Mobilization Officer High Net Worth individuals, based in Abuja. The role involves identifying and nurturing high-net-worth clients to grow the bank's deposit base.
• Day-to-day tasks include developing strategies for deposit mobilization, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing financial needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• The officer will also provide ongoing financial guidance and identify opportunities to cross-sell the bank's products and services.
Qualifications
• Proven skills in client relationship management, customer acquisition, and business development
• Experience in sales, deposit mobilization, and financial planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with high-net-worth individuals
• Analytical skills and the ability to assess clients' financial needs and offer tailored solutions
• Knowledge of microfinance and financial products and services is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial sector
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and meet targets effectively
