Job Description
We are seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our Corporate Advisory Group. This is a senior-level role for an experienced professional with a strong background in investment banking, corporate finance, and advisory services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deal execution, financial analysis, and client management, and will play a key role in supporting strategic transactions and advisory projects.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, or financial services
• Proficient in financial modelling and valuation techniques
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and capital markets
• Proficient in MacOS Keynote, Numbers, and Pages; Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to synthesise complex financial and market information into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support corporate advisory transactions, including M&A, fundraising, and strategic advisory
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for clients and internal teams
• Prepare pitch books, investment presentations, and client reports
• Perform market, industry, and competitor research to support advisory projects
• Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and other transaction documentation
• Liaise with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders to drive deal progress
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of high-quality work outputs
• Mentor and guide junior team members where applicable
