JOB SUMMARY
The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s human resources and administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience. The role oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and office administration while supporting management in achieving organizational objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Manage the full recruitment cycle job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR database
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues
• Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values
• Manage grievance procedures and conflict resolution
• Plan employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs
Performance Management
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
• Support managers in setting KPIs and monitoring performance
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
Compensation & Benefits
• Administer payroll inputs and ensure accuracy
• Manage leave records and attendance tracking
• Oversee benefits administration health insurance, pensions, etc.
• Ensure compliance with compensation policies and statutory requirements
HR Policy & Compliance
• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Office Administration
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor relationships
• Supervise administrative staff receptionist, office assistant, drivers, etc.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs
• Maintain corporate records and official documentation
• Prepare administrative and HR reports

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification CIPM, SHRM, HRCI is an advantage
• 5–10 years of HR and administrative experience adjust based on level
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
• Experience managing administrative operations
