• We are seeking a skilled and strategic HR Manager to oversee human resources functions and support organizational growth.
• The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation.
• The ideal candidate should ensure the hospital attracts, develops, and retains talented staff while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention strategies
• Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and disciplinary processes
• Coordinate training and professional development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Support organizational planning and workforce development
• Advise management on HR strategies, staffing needs, and employee engagement
• Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace culture
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and workforce performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Experience with HR information systems and performance management software
• Proven track record in recruitment, staff development, and employee engagement.
