Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Serves as a strategic and tactical business partner to Functional Heads.

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process , working with line managers to ensure approved headcount is timely filled.

Ÿ Actively participate in the preparation of HR budget.

• Develop and/or update Job Descriptions for Job roles in alignment with approved organization structure.

• Manage and facilitate induction and on-boarding process of new employees.

• Drive Annual Goal setting, Mid-Year and End-of-Years Performance Management Process.

• Prepare annual Training calendar in alignment with training needs and performance gaps.

• Manages end-of-service process for outgoing staff.

• Lead engagment initiatives and activities.

• Supervise activities of 3rdP Labour providers to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

Ÿ Holds HND/BSc in Business/Social Science related studies.

Ÿ Master’s Degree in relevant discipline will be an added advantage.

Ÿ Certified member of CIPM-Nigeria or other recognized HR certification Institution.

Ÿ 10 – 12 Years relevant experience, with at least, 3 years in a manufacturing environment.

Ÿ Experience leading an agile team.

Ÿ Experience, leading/or actively participating in culture change initiatives.

Ÿ Agile, Self-driven, passionate and result oriented.

ŸProven experience in employee/industrial relations and union negotiation.

• Excellent people/stake-holder management skills.

• High level of flexibility and ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
