• The Relationship Manager – Team Lead is responsible for driving business growth, managing strategic client relationships and leading the Relationship Management team to achieve revenue, portfolio quality and customer retention targets.
• The role combines leadership, business development, client acquisition and engagement, credit oversight. The Team Lead ensures that client acquisition, account management and portfolio performance align with the Company’s strategic objectives, risk appetite and service standards.
• The position plays a critical role in revenue generation, client satisfaction and sustainable portfolio expansion.
Key Objectives of the Role
The Relationship Manager – Team Lead shall:
• Drive revenue growth through effective client acquisition and relationship management.
• Lead, supervise and mentor Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team targets.
• Ensure high portfolio quality and compliance with credit and risk policies.
• Strengthen client engagement, retention and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support strategic initiatives aimed at expanding market share and deepening client penetration.
• Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with corporate business objectives.
• Uphold service excellence and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related discipline.
• Professional certifications are an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 – 8 years experience in relationship management, corporate banking, SME banking, or financial services.
• Minimum of 2–3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong credit analysis, business development and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and portfolio management.
