We are seeking qualified candidate to grow the bank’s portfolio profitably while maintaining strong risk management standards.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide strategic and marketing plans to enable the attainment of GN MFB Revenue and profitability goals.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of deals, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide prompt response to customer enquiries on products or existing account queries.
• Monitor and manage existing loan portfolios to ensure timely repayment and mitigate credit risk.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity reports, such as daily call reports, weekly and monthly work plans.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.
Requirements/Qualification
• Candidates should possess a HND/B.Sc. in Marketing or any other relevant course of study.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in SME banking in a microfinance institution.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing business loans, a quality portfolio.
• Good interpersonal relationship and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as well as meet deadlines.
