Role Description
• This full-time, on-site role located in Lagos involves providing high-quality nursing and midwifery care to patients at Marigold Hospital and Critical Care Centre.
• The Staff Nurse/Midwife RN/RM, Post NYSC, will be responsible for patient assessment, health education, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and monitoring patient outcomes.
• The role also includes ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and maintaining accurate patient records.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in providing patient care, assessing health conditions, and administering medications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Attention to detail for maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring protocol compliance.
• Conduct normal deliveries and assist with obstetric procedures when required.
• Monitor fetal and maternal wellbeing during pregnancy and labour.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Nursing/Midwifery RN/RM.
• Completion of NYSC National Youth Service Corps.
• Knowledge of current healthcare practices and access to specialized care environments is a plus.
