Job Description
Responsibilities:

Marketing & Growth:
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business and growth objectives.
• Drive large-scale customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives across digital and offline channels.
• Oversee social media strategy, website performance, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
• Set marketing KPIs, monitor performance, and present detailed campaign performance and ROI reports to management.

Public Relations (PR):
• Lead the company’s public relations strategy to strengthen brand reputation and credibility.
• Oversee the drafting and distribution of press releases, corporate announcements, and media communications.
• Build, manage, and maintain senior-level relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, regulators, and strategic partners.
• Manage public communications, corporate messaging, and reputation management initiatives.
• Lead crisis communication planning and execution, ensuring clear, consistent, and compliant messaging across all channels.

Brand & Communications:
• Own and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Lead and coordinate high-profile promotional events, product launches, and integrated campaigns.
• Work closely with Product, Customer Support, Compliance, and Management to ensure accurate, compliant, and aligned messaging.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, stakeholder meetings, and public engagements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5–7 years’ proven experience in marketing, public relations, or corporate communications, preferably within fintech, technology, or financial services.
• Strong strategic understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and media relations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Solid understanding of fintech products, financial services, and regulatory-sensitive communications.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead initiatives, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under pressure.
• Strategic leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities
• High level of creativity balanced with analytical and data-driven thinking
• Media relations, negotiation, and networking expertise
• Strong attention to detail and brand governance
• Integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Growth in brand awareness, visibility, and positive media mentions
• Customer acquisition, activation, and retention metrics
• Performance of marketing campaigns against agreed KPIs and ROI targets
• Quality, reach, and impact of PR coverage and media engagements
• Consistency and compliance of brand messaging across all channels
• Effectiveness of crisis communication and reputation management efforts
• Timely delivery of marketing initiatives and reports to management
