Our client is seeking a highly creative and analytical E-commerce & Social Media Marketing Manager to lead their digital presence in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in driving online sales, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering community engagement across all digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and contribute to significant business growth.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce and social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales revenue. Manage and optimize all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) including content creation, scheduling, and community management. Create engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Plan, execute, and analyze paid social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Manage the company's e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimizing product listings, and overseeing promotional activities. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and social media performance metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI. Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce and social media marketing tools and best practices. Qualifications:
Proven experience (4+ years) as an E-commerce and Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and advertising capabilities. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent content creation, copywriting, and visual design skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic actions. Experience with SEO/SEM and content marketing principles. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
