Role Overview
• We are seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Supervisor (New Media) to lead and grow our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms.

• The successful candidate will oversee content creation, video production, social media management, paid advertising, graphics development, TikTok Live sessions, and analytics reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
• Develop compelling and shareable visual and video content tailored for each social media platform.
• Manage a structured content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign alignment.
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Social Media Management:
• Manage company accounts across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement to adjust strategies.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster strong community interaction.
• Build and grow online communities through authentic engagement.
Paid Advertising:
• Plan, execute, and monitor social media ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Optimize campaigns in real time based on performance metrics.
• Manage advertising budgets responsibly to meet campaign targets.
• Test new formats and channels to identify growth opportunities.
Graphics & Brand Presentation:
• Design or supervise the creation of graphics and visuals to maintain brand consistency.
• Ensure all digital content aligns with the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with creative teams for high-quality campaigns and promotions.
TikTok Live & Analytics:
• Plan, host, and manage engaging TikTok Live sessions.
• Track metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions to measure success.
• Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on platform trends and apply best practices to grow audience and impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
• Proven ability to create engaging content and tell stories that resonate with audiences.
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools.
• Experience managing social media accounts and online communities.
• Knowledge of social media advertising, campaign planning, and optimization.
• Understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and analytics.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
