Job Description
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized NYSC corps member to serve as an Accountant & Assistant Admin Officer in our financial services company.
• The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth office functioning.
What You Will Do
• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
• Record daily transactions and update accounting ledgers
• Support invoice processing and expense tracking
• Reconcile accounts and assist with bank reconciliations
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling and correspondence
• Assist in handling office supplies and basic operational tasks
• Support compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
Who You Are
• Currently serving NYSC corps member (Abuja posting preferred)
• Background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary : N50,000 per month
• Work schedule : Twice a week
