Job Description
Promote LifeBank’s products to hospitals and blood banks, build client relationships, and develop new business opportunities in a dynamic startup environment.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments with key personnel of hospitals and blood banks to sell LifeBank products.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales lead to prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Work in line with company policy to achieve set sales targets within schedule.
• Provide daily call reports and weekly/monthly sales effort reports for the sales territory.
• Follow up regularly with signed hospitals and blood banks to ensure app usage and order placement.
• Make recommendations to management.
• Develop strategies to increase opportunities to meet contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
• Implement strategies to expand customer base and minimize client attrition.
• Stay informed about health services activities in the area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
About You
The company is looking for:
• BSc or MSc in Marketing, Business, Finance, or Health/Biological Sciences.
• Graduate awaiting or currently undergoing the National Youth Service Corps.
• Knowledge of a CRM tool.
• Highly analytical with a drive for numbers.
• Good networking, prospecting, and closing skills.
• High level of professionalism and result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to prepare management reports and correspondence.
• Good initiative, time, and stress management skills.
• Deep desire to work in the startup industry.
• Sociable, friendly, confident, and pleasant.
• Very tech savvy and knowledgeable of current trends.
• Loves a challenge.
