Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join their thriving, fully remote sales team, supporting clients across Akure, Ondo, NG and surrounding regions. Responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, conducting regular client meetings (virtual), tracking sales pipelines, and collaborating with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure client satisfaction and retention. You should be adept at using CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales activities. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a self-directed, remote work environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and effectively present solutions and value propositions. Conduct virtual client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability. Track sales performance, manage pipelines, and provide accurate forecasts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales productivity tools. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and customer relationship management. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
