Comcentia is a U.S.–based technology consulting and talent solutions company with nearly two decades of experience delivering high‑impact IT services, digital transformation, and enterprise workforce solutions. As we expand our global footprint, we are building a high‑performance team in Nigeria to support our Business Development operations, partner ecosystem, and technical sales initiatives.
Role Overview
We are seeking add a Technical Sales Support Specialist to our sales Team. The individual will drive marketing outreach, CRM operations, partner engagement, and digital growth for Comcentia’s Nigeria operations. This role is ideal for someone who is methodical, detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and highly organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to work across global teams.
You will support our sales and partnership pipeline using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft 365, and major partner platforms such as Microsoft Partner Center and IBM PartnerWorld. You will also contribute to digital marketing, social media engagement, and AI‑enabled content creation.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Dynamics CRM for lead tracking, outreach campaigns, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
• Execute structured marketing and sales outreach using CRM workflows, email campaigns, and digital channels.
• Support and maintain Comcentia’s presence on Microsoft Partner Center, IBM PartnerWorld, and other partner ecosystems.
• Coordinate partner registrations, competencies, deal submissions, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and publish social media content, including LinkedIn campaigns, thought leadership posts, and brand‑aligned messaging.
• Use AI tools to enhance marketing content, automate workflows, and support sales enablement.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales collateral using Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Conduct research on market trends, partner programs, and competitive intelligence.
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow structured processes, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with U.S.‑based leadership and technical teams to support business development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (First Class or Second Class Upper) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using Dynamics CRM or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Partner Center, IBM PartnerWorld, or other technology partner ecosystems (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability in social media marketing, content creation, and digital engagement.
• Working knowledge of AI tools for content generation, automation, or analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly methodical, detail‑oriented, organized, and able to follow structured processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
Preferred Skills
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS‑900, AZ‑900, PL‑900, MS‑700) or willingness to obtain them.
• Experience with B2B marketing, technology sales support, or partner management.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and accountability.
