The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Partner to help us grow our pipeline of brand and enterprise projects. This is ideal for someone with an existing network in sectors like fintech, telecommunications, agencies, or innovation teams, who wants to plug immersive experiences into the work they already do.
This is a fully remote, commission-based collaborator role. You can be based anywhere, as long as you can connect us with serious decision-makers and stay involved as opportunities move through the pipeline.
What You’ll Do
• Use your existing relationships and network to identify brands and enterprises that can benefit from immersive/spatial experiences.
• Open doors, set up conversations, and co-create opportunities with the Floats XR team.
• Lead or support discovery, scoping, and proposal conversations with potential clients.
• Work with our strategy, content, and design collaborators to shape compelling solutions and pitches.
• Stay close to deals through the pipeline, helping move them from interest to signed projects.
Who You Are
• 3+ years experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or business development (agency, tech, media, or brand/innovation experience is a plus).
• You have a warm network you can tap into and you’re comfortable reaching out to new decision-makers.
• You understand how brands think about campaigns, experiences, or innovation, and can translate opportunities into clear commercial conversations.
• Entrepreneurial, independent, and comfortable with income that’s directly tied to the business you generate.
• Curious about immersive technology, storytelling, and new ways to connect people and brands.
Compensation
This is a commission-based partner role. You earn a percentage of project fees on:
• Deals you originate through your own network.
• Deals you actively help nurture and close with the Floats XR team.
Commission terms will be agreed with you based on your experience, typical deal sizes, and level of involvement per project. There is no fixed monthly salary at this stage.
