We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our real estate and asset management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with civil experience who is looking to grow within the real estate and infrastructure sector.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager in coordinating and executing development and renovation projects. Youll work with contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
Key Qualifications:
• 1- 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably within civil, real estate, or construction sectors
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
