Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Executive to manage and oversee all human resource operations for our Nigeria location. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in employee management, payroll administration, statutory compliance, pension processing, documentation, and HR operations. The role requires frequent travel within Nigeria based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the Nigeria branch.
• Handle employee lifecycle management: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and exit formalities.
• Maintain and manage all employee records and company-related HR documentation.
• Process monthly payroll, salary structuring, increments, and final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Manage pension contributions and coordinate with the National Pension Commission (PENCOM) as per regulatory requirements.
• Oversee tax compliance including PAYE and coordinate with relevant authorities such as the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) when required.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and workplace conflict resolution.
• Support management in policy drafting, HR strategy implementation, and workforce planning.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS for management review.
• Coordinate with external consultants, legal advisors, and government bodies when necessary.
• Travel within Nigeria for branch visits, employee engagement, audits, and operational requirements.
