Job Description
Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering & Leadership:
• ⁠Act as a primary HR point of contact for assigned clients, providing end-to-end HR advisory services.
• ⁠Lead the execution of HR strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• ⁠Translate business needs into practical HR solutions across multiple client accounts.
• Proactively identify HR risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Talent & Workforce Management:
• ⁠Lead and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities for clients.
• Support and guide performance management cycles, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
• ⁠Advise clients on employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.

⁠HR Operations & Compliance:
• Ensure HR policies, processes, and documentation are compliant with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Review, implement, and improve HR frameworks, including policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
• ⁠Maintain accurate HR records and reporting for both internal and client use.

⁠Stakeholder & Client Management:
• ⁠Build strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders.
• ⁠Lead HR meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients confidently.
• ⁠Provide clear HR insights, reports, and recommendations to management and clients.

⁠Team & Process Oversight:
• Supervise and guide junior HR staff or interns where applicable.
• Take ownership of assigned HR projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Continuously improve internal HR processes and consulting delivery standards.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years relevant HR experience, preferably within consulting, professional services, or multi-client environments.
• ⁠Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• ⁠Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives independently, not just support execution.
• ⁠Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• ⁠Ability to think commercially and align HR actions with business outcomes.
• ⁠Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
