This executive-level position will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent, as well as shaping the overall HR landscape of the company. You will oversee all aspects of the talent acquisition lifecycle, from employer branding and recruitment marketing to sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Your role will also involve developing and executing innovative HR strategies that align with business objectives, including compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and current talent market trends.
