Our client is looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join their fully remote global HR team. This pivotal role will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on all human capital matters, driving people strategies that align with the company's ambitious growth objectives. You will partner with designated business units to foster a high-performance culture, manage talent development, employee relations, and organizational design initiatives. The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing and executing HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices across different regions. A critical aspect of this role involves providing expert guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and change management. You will coach and develop managers to enhance their leadership capabilities and effectively manage their teams. Conducting employee engagement surveys, analyzing feedback, and recommending actionable strategies to improve employee experience are essential duties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of compensation and benefits, performance management systems, and talent acquisition strategies. Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills are vital to effectively partner with diverse stakeholders across various time zones. This is a remote position, requiring strong self-discipline, excellent time management, and the ability to thrive in an independent work environment, contributing to our client's global operations from afar, with connections to their presence in Maiduguri, Borno, NG . A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role, preferably supporting global or multi-site operations, is required. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential; a Master's degree or relevant HR certifications are highly desirable.
