Job Description
* Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes Human Resource services, employee recognition/reward/motivation, events to support, and benefits administration.
* Select and supervise Human Resource team, attorneys, and training specialists, and coordinates company use of insurance carriers, pension administrators, and other outside sources.
* Conduct a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices.
* Prepare letters and periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
* Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
* Coordinate all Human Resource training programs and assigns the authority/responsibility of Human Resources and managers within those programs..
* Maintain employee training records.
* Establish and lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
* Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights.
* Partner with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
* Coach and train managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them. Makes sure that line managers know how to successfully, ethically, honestly, respectfully and legally communicate with subordinates.

* Establish the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
* Monitor all pay practices and systems for effectiveness and cost containment.
* Protect the interest of employees and the hospital in accordance with Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations. In other words, minimize legal risk.
* Direct the preparation of information requested or required for compliance with laws. Serves as the primary contact with the company employment law attorney.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
