Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and staff orientation
Oversee employee records, contracts, confirmations, promotions, and exits
Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and workplace standards
Support performance management processes, appraisals, and disciplinary procedures
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and staff
Coordinate training, staff development, and capacity-building initiatives
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
Support payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Reftop Homes’ values
Required Skills & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years experience in an HR generalist role (real estate or corporate environment is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
Work Requirements :
On-site role based in Sangotedo, Lagos
Ability to work closely with management and cross-functional teams.
