Job Description
Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Manage HR Information Systems (HRIS), maintain databases, ensure data integrity, and generate reports.
Oversee hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding, and manage offboarding procedures.
Manage or oversee payroll processing and administration of employee benefits.
Act as a consultant, resolve employee queries, handle grievances, and foster a positive work environment
Monitor HR budgets, track key HR metrics, and report on costs.
Supervise HR staff, provide guidance, and set goals for the team.
Align HR initiatives with overall business objectives and recommend improvements.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
Education:
• Higher National Diploma (Preferred)
