Entry Level Banker (Deposit Mobilization)

Role Description



• This is a full-time on-site role for an Entry-Level Banking Officer Deposit Mobilization based in Abuja. Responsibilities include deposit mobilization efforts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting banking solutions to target customers, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• The role requires daily interaction with clients to meet their banking needs and achieve financial growth objectives.




Qualifications



• Strong marketing skills with the ability to analyze and manage financial transactions effectively

• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on mobilizing deposits.

• Proficient Communication skills for clear and professional interactions

• Experience in Business Relationship

• Management, including building and maintaining client connections

• Ability to support and promote bank loan processes

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to achieving targets

• Prior experience working in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage
