Credit Portfolio Manager

• We are looking for a skilled Credit Portfolio Manager to optimize our credit portfolio by boosting profitability, managing risk, and ensuring liquidity. The ideal candidate will apply strong analytical and strategic skills to improve portfolio performance while maintaining sound risk controls.




Key Responsibilities:
• Manage credit risk across the company’s business activities

• Support partners in fundraising and deal sourcing

• Aggregate and analyze portfolio credit risk

• Implement risk‑based valuation frameworks and standardized risk measures

• Ensure accurate credit data reconciliation and reporting

• Evaluate origination vs. economic value of credit assets

• Mark credit assets to market or model

• Manage portfolio limits, concentrations, and governance

• Lead top‑down and bottom‑up stress‑testing processes

• Align accounting practices with portfolio management

• Monitor market‑risk limits and daily P&L for the mark‑to‑market book




Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a goal‑oriented environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field added advantage
