Key Responsibilities

• • Task Coordination: Assist in managing daily workflow, reminders, and follow-ups on ongoing tasks or projects



Qualifications & Requirements
• • High school diploma, college degree, or equivalent work experience

• • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus for Canadian clients)

• • Basic knowledge of administrative tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, Trello, or Asana

• • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop

• • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• • Comfortable working across different time zones, especially EST/CST



Preferred but Not Required
• • Prior experience as a virtual assistant, personal assistant, or administrative coordinator

• • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Zoom, Canva, or basic CRM systems

• • Basic customer service or eCommerce support experience
