Job Description
Validate and verify claims through retrospective reviews
Authenticate authorization by spot checks/visits.
Conduct review of admissions and surgeries.
Conduct random checks on case notes for quality care assessment.
Collate data from encounter, utilization, case notes (diagnosis and treatment)
Follow up matters, issues and/or complaints to ensure they are resolved and achieve satisfactory result for both the customer and the Company.
Coordinate correspondences between the Company and the Hospitals
Qualifications
Degree in Nursing Science (i.e. BNSc) OR at least a post Basic Nursing Certificate

Clinical knowledge
