The Role

The Head of Growth and Marketing will own the full growth and marketing agenda for Renmoney, driving user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue across all products. This role blends strategy, leadership, and hands-on execution, ensuring Renmoney achieves scalable, measurable growth while building a strong, differentiated brand presence.

This is a senior leadership role that demands a data-driven, performance-oriented mindset, with a deep understanding of digital marketing, growth experimentation, and customer-centric marketing strategy in a high-velocity fintech environment.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Growth & Marketing Leadership
• Define and execute the end-to-end growth and marketing strategy across all Renmoney products.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of performance marketers, content creators, designers, and analysts.
• Align growth initiatives with product, revenue, and brand objectives to maximize ROI and impact.

Paid Acquisition & Digital Marketing
• Plan, execute, and scale high-performing acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging digital channels.
• Oversee budget allocation, bidding strategies, creative development, and audience targeting to maximize efficiency and growth.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to drive continuous experimentation on messaging, creatives, and campaigns.

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) & Funnel Leadership
• Own optimization of all key conversion funnels, including landing pages, onboarding flows, and early-life user journeys.
• Design and implement rigorous experimentation frameworks to improve conversion, retention, and engagement metrics.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to implement scalable funnel and UX improvements.

Revenue Growth & Monetization
• Drive measurable revenue outcomes across loans, savings, payments, and SME products.
• Identify and lead initiatives to increase transaction volumes, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and customer lifetime value.
• Partner with lifecycle marketing and product teams to develop integrated campaigns that optimize product adoption.

Data, Analytics & Experimentation
• Establish and maintain advanced tracking, measurement, and reporting across all campaigns, funnels, and initiatives.
• Use data to uncover growth opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and make informed strategic decisions.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, leveraging analytics and testing to scale what works.

Tools, Automation & AI
• Leverage growth, analytics, automation, and AI tools to enhance campaign efficiency, insights, and execution speed.
• Collaborate with BI and data teams to ensure accurate attribution, reporting, and actionable insights.

Requirements

What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or digital strategy roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience leading high-performing acquisition, CRO, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Deep expertise in digital channels, paid media, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building, mentoring, and managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining execution-focused and hands-on when needed.
• Familiarity with fintech or financial products is advantageous but not required.
