About the Role
We are building Manab SchoolLink, an innovative school management and learning platform designed to digitize academic and administrative processes for schools across Africa. The platform helps institutions manage records, automate workflows, improve teaching efficiency, and deliver structured digital learning — reducing administrative workload by up to 80%.
We are seeking a Marketing Partner to join at a strategic level and lead growth, visibility, and adoption in exchange for equity ownership. This is a builder’s role, suited for someone who wants to shape a company, not just market a product.
Role Overview
As Marketing Partner, you will design and execute the go-to-market strategy, drive user acquisition, establish brand authority, and open institutional channels. You will work directly with the founding team to ensure strong product–market fit and scalable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Go-To-Market Strategy
• Develop and execute market entry strategies targeting:
• Private and public schools
• School owners, administrators, and educators
• Educational associations and institutional partners
• Identify scalable acquisition channels across Nigeria and Africa.
2. Growth & Demand Generation
• Build and manage campaigns across digital, institutional, and field channels.
Design conversion funnels (Awareness Demo Adoption
• Subscription).
• Lead school onboarding drives, webinars, and product demonstrations.
3. Brand Positioning
• Establish the platform as a trusted digital infrastructure for schools.
• Craft messaging that resonates with educators and decision-makers.
• Build thought leadership within the education ecosystem.
4. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
• Create alliances with school networks, consultants, NGOs, and regulators.
• Develop reseller, institutional licensing, and B2B partnership models.
• Drive engagement and sensitization within the academic community.
5. Market Intelligence & Product Feedback
• Gather user insights and translate them into actionable growth strategies.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to refine features based on real classroom needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experience in SaaS, EdTech, B2B, or startup growth marketing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to build from an early stage.
• Strong understanding of African education markets is highly desirable.
• Ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-evolving, innovation-driven environment.
