The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Engineering, and Procurement sectors. The ideal candidate must be highly experienced in commercial tendering, bidding processes, proposal development, client relationship management, and market expansion strategies.
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, excellent commercial acumen, andaproven track record of winning high-value contracts.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.(Essential)
Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development in the Engineering sector/Oil & Gas. (Essential)
Proven experience in Tendering, Bidding, Commercial Proposal Development, Technical sales and OEM/vendor engagement.
(Essential)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and tendering portals(NIPEX, Ariba).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
High negotiation and persuasion ability.
Excellent time management and multitasking ability
