Role Summary
You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, ensure accurate financial records, maintain transaction discipline, and provide weekly financial reporting to management. This role requires precision, confidentiality, and consistent on-site availability.
Key Responsibilities
• Record daily financial transactions: sales, customer payments, expenses, petty cash.
• Reconcile bank, POS, transfer, and wallet payments (Moniepoint/Opay/GTBank/etc.).
• Maintain updated vendor and supplier ledger; track outstanding purchases and due dates.
• Monitor inventory-related spend (hair units, coloring materials, accessories).
• Prepare weekly financial dashboard: cash position, pending receivables, payables due.
• Maintain digital filing system for invoices, receipts, payment proofs (Google Drive).
• Support basic statutory compliance: VAT tracking, withholding tax deductions.
• Generate end-of-month reports for management and external accountant.

Requirements
• 1–3 years bookkeeping or accounting support experience.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Knowledge of QuickBooks or Wave is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail; zero tolerance for errors.
• Ability to manage confidential financial information professionally.
• On-site daily presence required. Candidates should ensure commute suitability.

Preferred Skills
• Basic financial analysis and cost tracking.
• Strong organizational and documentation habits.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ikeja: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
