JOB SUMMARY
As a graduate trainee, you will contribute to client engagements that shape critical decisions across industries. Your work will support leaders as they navigate uncertainty, respond to disruption and build organisations that are fit for the future. In doing so, you will develop commercial insight, structured problem solving skills and the confidence to operate in high-stakes environments.We are looking for graduates who think clearly, communicate confidently and are motivated by challenge and continuous growth. If you are driven to learn, ready to stretch yourself and eager to work on problems that matter, this programme is for you.You’re an ideal candidate if you meet the following criteria:Hold a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognised universityHold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline Have at least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and MathematicsAre under 28 years old at the time of applicationHave completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programmeBe a Chartered Accountant - ACA, ACCA (strongly mandatory for AAS and IA&GRCS) Demonstrate excellent research and writing skillsExhibit strong communication and presentation abilitiesPossess exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsAre proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and similar applicationsHave not taken the KPMG aptitude test within the last 12 months
