Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in Ibadan. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, evaluating loan applications, and building strong relationships with customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate loan applications and documentation to determine credit worthiness
- Interview applicants to assess financial eligibility and loan feasibility
- Analyze financial data and metrics to inform lending decisions
- Communicate with clients to request or provide information
- Justify and report on loan decisions
- Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
- Review loan agreements for accuracy and completeness
- Update account records and process transactions on ERP
- Collaborate with underwriters to resolve loan application issues
- Stay up-to-date with loan types and financial services
- Assess customer needs and introduce relevant loan products
- Develop referral networks and cross-sell products and services
- Build trust relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Comply with laws, regulations, and lending guidelines
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role
- Familiarity with banking software and applications
- Solid understanding of lending products and practices
- Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
- Ability to work and meet targets
- OND , HND, BSc
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦80,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month
