Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned area.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to maximize performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
• Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support sales initiatives.
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• The ideal candidate must able to drive both manual and automatic cars
