Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, and staff documentation.
• Maintain employee records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and staff welfare.
• Ensure adherence to labour laws, hospital policies, and healthcare standards.
• Assist with payroll coordination, leave management, and HR reporting.
• Support training, licensing, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years HR experience in a healthcare setting hospital, clinic, HMO, or medical facility.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and healthcare HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
