Job Summary
Drivecare Logistics & Services Limited is seeking a Human Resource Trainee to support the recruitment, onboarding, and management of professional drivers. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources, Operations, or People Management within a fast-growing logistics company.
You will receive hands-on training while working closely with the HR and Operations team to ensure drivers are properly recruited, documented, oriented, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in recruiting and screening professional drivers
• Support interview scheduling and candidate coordination
• Help with driver onboarding, documentation, and file management
• Communicate company policies, rules, and expectations to drivers
• Maintain driver records and basic HR reports
• Assist with driver welfare, attendance tracking, and performance follow-ups
• Support HR and Operations team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc (or currently serving NYSC / fresh graduate)
• Interest in Human Resources, People Management, or Operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
• Ability to interact respectfully with drivers and team members
