• The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in building and sustaining company culture, strengthening employee engagement, and driving a structured performance management framework that aligns with operational objectives.
Responsibilities
Culture & Employee Engagement:
• Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen company culture across MRO, FBO, and
• Support functions.
• Drive employee engagement programs and monitor morale trends.
• Support leadership in embedding organizational values and behavioral standards.
• Coordinate employee recognition programs e.g., performance awards, service milestones.
• Partner with managers to address engagement gaps and retention risks.
Performance Management:
• Administer and enhance the company’s performance appraisal system.
• Support goal-setting alignment KPIs/OKRs across departments.
• Track performance outcomes and identify development needs.
• Ensure timely completion of appraisal cycles.
• Provide coaching to managers on conducting structured performance reviews.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
• Manage employee disciplinary processes in line with company policy and Nigerian Labour
• Law.
• Support investigations and documentation.
• Promote fairness, consistency, and procedural integrity.
• Maintain HR documentation and compliance standards.
Talent Development & Recognition:
• Support learning and development initiatives.
• Identify high-potential employees and succession planning opportunities.
• Coordinate structured recognition and reward frameworks tied to performance.
HR Operations Support:
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Support HR reporting and analytics.
• Assist in workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years’ progressive HR experience.
• Experience in aviation, engineering, or structured operational environments is an advantage.
• Professional HR certification is desirable.
