Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager, based in Abuja. The Senior HR Manager will oversee the management and administration of human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, talent development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies and strategies and driving organizational culture initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace environment. The role requires collaborating closely with leadership and other stakeholders to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Qualifications
• Human Resources expertise, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Strong skills in HR Policy formulation, Talent Development, and Organizational Culture Management
• Excellent knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
• Exceptional communication, leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) or other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
• Must be based in Abuja and must be proactive.
