Role Description
The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee and lead HR operations at AIHS. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies while fostering a positive and productive work environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja.
Qualifications
• Muat reside in Abuja
• Atleast 5 years experience
• Proficiency in Human Resource Management, including recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee retention strategies
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices
• Experience in developing HR policies, performance management systems, and training programs
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational development skills
• Experience with conflict resolution, employee engagement, and fostering workplace culture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex organizational challenges
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, PHR, SPHR) are highly desirable
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven ability to manage HR operations within a dynamic and diverse organization or industry
