Responsibilities
• Prospect, acquire, and meet the Commercial loan sales target.
• Grow borrowings Deposit liability in line with the set target.
• Act as a point of escalation for clients and client service teams, ensuring best-in-class service is constantly being delivered.
• Complete KYC requirements within prescribed timeframes and ensure existing records remain current.
• Identify market trends, industry opportunities, and competitive threats to formulate effective business development strategies.
Qualifications
• First Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, and related courses
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in commercial sales, Marketing, Sales, or Business Development associated roles.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of commercial products/services and market dynamics
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Candidate must have good knowledge with a proven record in Credit/Risk Analysis, Aggressive persuasion, resilience, and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation, organizational, prioritization, time, and task management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills, and people skill.
