The Head of Growth & Marketing will lead the execution of growth, marketing and engagement initiatives in Nigeria, developing profitable strategies to position and expand the Glovo brand locally.

Lead local growth strategy, adapting global plans to the Nigerian market.
Manage marketing execution both online and offline to meet growth KPIs.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
π Requirements
8+ years of experience in growth strategy, marketing or related senior leadership roles.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership experience.
