Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Lead and coordinate the local marketing team, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and other external partners.
• Supervise both digital and traditional media initiatives social media, outdoor ads, radio, etc..
• Plan and execute offline events and product activations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using digital tools and analytics.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and evaluations for management review.
• Support brand communication planning and local market implementation.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage both digital and traditional media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media strategy, brand execution, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with multicultural or international teams is an added advantage.
