Job Summary: We are looking to hire a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running performance-based ad campaigns and a strong understanding of data, conversions, and ROI. Experience in the healthcare or health-related sector is an added advantage but not mandatory.
This is a technical, data-focused role responsible for driving qualified traffic, increasing conversions, and improving overall campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max) campaigns.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve campaign reach and performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, ads, and targeting to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Align advertising strategies with overall business and marketing objectives.
• Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, industry trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve landing pages and conversion funnels.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of running successful, conversion-focused ad campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tracking tools.
• Experience with SEO tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the healthcare or health-related sector is an added advantage
