Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

Location: Ikoyi Lagos

Salary: ₦ 650k Monthly

Employment Type: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop clear product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging

· Translate technical features into customer-focused benefits

· Plan and execute product launches and relaunches

· Coordinate launch timelines with product, sales, and operations teams

· Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis

· Identify customer pain points, trends, and opportunities

· rain sales teams on product features, positioning, and objections handling

· Support sales campaigns and major deals as needed

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

· MBA or professional marketing certification is an added advantage

· 5–7 years experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or related roles

· Proven experience managing product launches and go-to-market strategies

· Experience working closely with product and sales teams
