About the Role
• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketer/Business Development Executive with a strong track record of at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand market presence, and drive sustainable business growth.
• Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Agricultural sectors is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns, proposals, and presentations that generate leads and close deals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customers.
• Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and promotional activities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
• Track and report on sales performance, marketing ROI, and market insights.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Background in Real Estate, Construction, or Agriculture is a plus.
• Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is an added advantage.
Salary and Benefits
• N200,000 – N400,000 monthly based on experience and performance.
