• Content Development: Collaborate with content and digital teams to produce product-focused collateral such as brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and videos.
• Customer Advocacy: Identify and cultivate customer success stories and testimonials to support marketing campaigns.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign effectiveness, product adoption metrics, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies
